ELIZABETH: QUICK FX EYELIFT CREAM

QUICK FX EYELIFT CREAM

This cream has the ingredient of NIACINAMIDE that helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It's amazing because it also lightens the skin, targeting dark spots around the eyes. It helps provide moisture to the skin.

It also reduces the appearance of skin aging, making our skin look fresh and hydrated.

It also has ELLAGIC ACID that helps skin recover it's youthful resilience, delaying the signs of aging. It is an antioxidant that may encourage more skin elasticity and suppleness.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque

Since this failed me big time, I switch to this.
image
Masque - that's a hint for me that this will somewhat become a film overnight on top of my face.
This looks like just any other moisturizing cream for me that treats dry skin overnight, until it forms a film - thin, clear and shiny. This makes the hydration more efficient as it effectively traps the moisture to the skin instead of just smearing my pillow, bedsheet and my baby's head, plus it's so gentle it didn't irritate my skin. he he
Some may feel discomfort about the feel of the film on the skin but I think you'll get used to it especially after waking up and rinsing yourself in the morning to a more fresh, "juicy" face, right? I just wish it comes in a tube and not a tub, as it is more hygienic and easier product control. :)
kiehls
This tub equals hydrated younger looking skin overnight! It's worth a try! Head over to your nearest Kiehl's store and ask for a sample like this. :)

L'Oreal Paris Shine Caresse in Pretty Woman

Dazzling Shine
Fresh Moisture
Light Weight
image
This gorgeous lip gloss has an elegant packaging that would make you applying this feel like you're a delegate on an opera, or something elegant like that.
image
Aside from the tube, I love the tip, no not that but, the entire brush of this lip gloss!
image
The tip looks like a leaf. Has a round body (perfect for spreading it on the entire lips) and has an edge tip (for a more precise outline).
image
My November Glam Extraordinaire BDJ Box include a plum color Pretty Woman that looks like this
It smells so good too. It actually reminds me of berries and wine. :)
This lip gloss is the perfect finish after a nude lip liner like Maybellines lip liner in Toast. It could also be use as it is without worrying about having dry chapped lips as it keeps lips moisturized. The perfect travel buddy this ber months. ;)

Celeteque Anti-Wrinkle Ultra Hydrating Cleansing Oil

Prevention is way better than cure. With that said, we should take care of our skin's youthful glow and elasticity and maintain it. The earlier we make it a habit the better. One way of taking good care of our skin is by washing it regularly with mild emollient soap, putting moisturizers and removing makeup before going to bed... and one of the latest finds I had had this...
DSC00481

I got several of these as samples to try and I'm now on to my last sample size bottle, which reminds me, I need to get my hand on a regular size!
Celeteque Anti-Wrinkle Ultra Hydrating Cleansing Oil is a mouthful, of words and of action! Yep, that's right. This cleansing oil is one the products in their line: Advanced Anti-Aging. So if you are above 30. This is for you. I'm 26 aotm, and I did enjoy using this especially at night. What I do is, I remove my makeup with my regular makeup remover and then apply this. This removes the dirt that my makeup remover didn't get while leaving my skin smoother and moisturized.
Advanced Anti-Aging products from Celeteque promises 92% reduction of fine line in 6 weeks of regular use - amazing!
Celeteque Anti-Wrinkle Ultra Hydrating Cleansing Oil has dual vitamin regenerating complex that promotes healthy tissue, elastic and moisturized skin. It helps in firming skin hence reducing fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation - a lady's bestfriend indeed!
I love how specific Celeteque caters to what women needs, be it with ladies hitting 30's, 40's and acne-prone. They even got a line called Sun Care for outdoorish bellas.
I will definitely look out for this when I go out and try other Celeteque goodness!

Ditch the wrinkles,
Geri

SkinWhite Naturals Whitening Lotion in Papaya Milk

My latest favorite drugstore lotion as of the moment is none other than...
*drum rolls*
image
SkinWhite Naturals Whitening Lotion in Papaya Milk! <3

I'm not so much into skin whitening but my sister is and she basically try different products right after the other just to give everything a go, a first hand experience and one of the things she bumped into was this. As it is, I first fall head over heels in love with this product right after I smelled my way through her room catching her smoldering her freshly bathed self into this yummy treat!
I love the smell!!! It really smells like sweet candy corn or cotton candy for me. I wanna eat it her arm right after! lol So, to not bother her with my latest apple of my nose addiction, I bought myself a bottle!
image
SkinWhite Papaya Milk promises whiter, healthier complexion in just seven days of regular use. A blush white skin (that indicates a rosy white glow). It has papaya enzyme for whitening and milk protein to moisturize skin and vitamins c, e and b3, b5 and b6.
image
I would just pop the cap and smell my way through a hot afternoon, if only I could! So glad to know that SkinWhite also have papaya milk soap that I'll so gonna look for when we go out!
Are you a SkinWhite addict too? Especially a SkinWhite Papaya Milk addict? I'm smelling my skin while typing this through... Geez, I feel creepy - in a good whiter and moisturized skin type of way...

Papaya Milk Shake,
G.

Stiefel Oilatum

"Seal Babies' Skin with Moisture from Oilatum Emollient Bar"
Got several sample bars from different events that I've attended like BDJ Box (#so glad I've passed the moisturized skin test on their booth) and Mommy Mundo's MOTF, and I must say, my baby's skin is soft and smooth! :)
- gently cleanses without drying
 - moisturizes and protects
-suitable for children & infants

oilatumThis bar of moisturizing soap is not a stranger to me. My mom used to use this with us when we were little to avoid that rough dry skin that commercial bars usually has plus, we (my siblings and I) are prone to eczema, it is also the reason why I itch fast when using drying soap.
Bath emollients are widely prescribed by doctors to treat eczema. They are formulated to work with water to rehydrate and moisturise the skin. The water penetrates the skin and is then sealed in by the emollient, which creates a protective barrier. A bath emollient is convenient to use, and is the ideal choice for all-over dry skin treatment. Oilatum disperses in the bath water (unlike ordinary bath oils which can form a film on the surface) to give you an inviting, milky bath. It rehydrates the skin, helps protect against further drying, and soothes irritation. It also cleanses the skin, so you do not need to use soap.
This bar is kinda slippery and bubbles fast, with a pH of almost 7, whilst negative ions from the foams attract the positive ions of oil and dirt, it wouldn't irritate the skin.  (ha! I remember my good old engineering chemistry 2 at night - the fun laboratory ans all :D *insert inside joke here) Back on the topic,  it wouldn't irritate the skin, it actually gives the skin a moisturized finish as explained above. I had been on the search for additional bath goodies for my babe and after having this with J&J milk bath, I could say that it didn't fail me, and it actually satisfied me (as a mom) more than I could hope for that I decided to just consume the rest of J&J and stick with this new-found bath love plus Physiogel cleanser. And if this is oh-so-good with my babe's sensitive skin then it would not hurt, if mom's skin would (taste and feel) benefit from it too! :D the result in the long run is like reaping an investment for the future self, it is well worth it :)
I have more stiefel products to try to and share like the cleanser and moisturizer but for now check out Stiefel Spectraban 60 - a really high-end sun screen!

Short Time: 3 Basic Make Up Rules

Today I will share rules I used to break, still break during my lazy days. :) I know a lot of people are guilty of these but it's never too late to change, right? :)

#1 - don't sleep with make up on
- my top 1 violation! :P remove make up and wash face, but during lazy days, what I do is, I use make up remover and wet wipes, if there is no make up remover everywhere, I use my good ole' lotion or facial moisturizer

#2 - let your face breathe
- best reason not to put make up on my busy days. I'm good with sunscreen, colored lip balm and brows!

#3 - drink water!
- if you are a breastfeeding mom, water is your best friend. if you love painting faces, water is your best friend and guess what? I'm both! :D
If you break them all and worse comes to worst, just smile. A genuine smile is still the best feature a woman could ever have.

Ever Bilena: Face Sunblock, Body Sunblock and BB Cream

Finally, I kicked myself in the butt hard enough to get me some sunblock goodies from Bello, SpectraBAN60 of Steifel and Ever Bilena. Obviously in this post Ill be sharing about the latter, its EB face and body sunblock! Local cheaper brands doesn't mean not worth trying, sometimes a gem is camouflaging in the sea of pebbles. Gee, I suck!

eee
Cut to the chase, the face and body sunblock from Ever Bilena have almost the same exact ingredients, only cyclomethicone is present on the face cream while cetearyl alcohol is included on the body cream

eee1
aside from that both products contains Vitamin E, shea butter and licorice extract that helps lighten and brighten skin.

eee2

The only downside of these are that they are not paraben free, methyl paraben and propyl paraben are included inside and it leaves white streaks on the skin if not blended well. So make sure to use small amount and just add if you feel needed, and avoid squeezing alot at once. you get the gist.

Aside from sunblock, it also helps prevent my skin from drying because of the shea butter...
I was looking for Myra-E tinted moisturizer when I saw this...

eee3

I can't believe it at first, but why not. I wanna save time hence I'm on the hunt for the 2-1 moisturizer and foundation from Myra-E, and it's always out of stock... To end my dilemma, I just pick this up and pay it on the counter. Besides, it has the same Oriental shade from my favorite drugstore liquid foundation.

Ever Bilena BB Cream comes in two packages. The pink BB Cream and the purple one. I'm opting for the pink one because it has anti aging but doubt because the shade is far of my own.

This BB Cream is a whitening, moisturizer and foundation packed in one bottle. Saves time when you are on the move. And I think this is good for everyday use. :) Perfect matched with my Nichido Final Powder!
In the end, i just wish I picked up the pink one because im really not into whitening and would rather give my skin some anti ageing love.

Should I get the pink tube too?

Victoria’s Secret’s Secret Charm

I’m recently on the look for different kind of lotions, body butters and creams that are super good smelling and at the same time is moisturizing my skin. :)And now that I’ve been running out of body butters that I posted in here.

I love my new finds! First is this Victoria’s Secret’s

Secret Charm
This is a hydrating body lotion that I also love to use as hand cream. Not too sticky and it dries fast but last decent enough! :)

This smells really good, I could just smell this and be relaxed instantly! It smells of honeysuckles, gala apple and stephanotis… :)

Plus, I love the packaging. It’s easy to squeeze, you don’t have to pump, all you have to do is press the top and lotion away!

Have you tried the Secret Charm before? What other lotions from Victoria’s Secret have you tried? ;)

CLEAN and CLEAR Deep Action Cleanser with Rice Extract Oil

Oiliness is next to ugliness –oily face is where pimples and acne go wild! With redness, shiny dark skin oozing with something not-so good to touch or see! :/

And I know I'm an oil factory! Grrr... :3

I am in search for the best cleanser there is that'll suit my recently oily-acne prone easy-to-breakout skin. And I decided to give chance to
CLEAN and CLEAR Deep Action Cleanser
that has a rice extract oil which claims that its absorbing element helps get rid of excess oil for up to 8 hours. It works better to control oil, keeping skin shine-free for several hours.  It is completely oil-free and promises not over-dry skin.

First thing I noticed was the smell, I honestly don't like the smell that much. It's like brine rice, kept my nose wrinkling for a couple of seconds... hehe Maybe it's just me... (IDK? Tell me what you think about it?)

But, don't judge the scrub by it's smell! This facial cleanser is a badass! ;) The beads works its wonders on deep pores removing dirt and traces of make up. A good defense against acne and really gives me shine-free hours! Less use of my oil control sheets and puffing off pressed powder! :D

Effective in cleaning and clearing skin and efficient because I can see and feel the difference after every wash! Instantly! :)

Dove Beauty Moisture Facial Foam

Dove contains 1/4 moisturizing milk in all their products and this facial form moisturizes while cleansing the skin. The milk ingredient deposits and locks moisture in wet skin making it more radiant.

I find Dove Beauty Moisture Facial Foam gentle on skin, smells good and it really DOES moisturize skin! ;)

Dove Facial Wash
This is perfect for normal to dry skin because of it staying true to its promise. :)

But since I'm currently oily, the moisture in the morning lately become additional excess oil in the middle of the day. It doesn't break me out but gave me hard time wiping my face with oil control sheet and puffing in pressed powder during hot and humid days, but inside air-conditioned establishment and during my stay in Baguio it's pretty good. :)

I guess I should focus on clearing my skin from pimples before using this Dove product again because this is intended for maintaining good moisturized skin, not from fighting oil, pimples and acne.

Have you tried Dove Beauty Moisture Facial Foam before?
