Loreal Paris Extraordinary Oil Miracle Hair Oil Treatment is a mouthful of words and a mouthful of uses. Certainly, this hair treatment is really one extraordinary oil as it has 6 Flower Extract Oil including Lotus, Tiare, Rose, Flax, Chamomile and Sunflower.

It is a very versatile product indeed as it has multiple uses such as
*Spa Treatment - restore, nourish and prep hair. Apply generous amount of oil in dry hair just before taking shower. Shampoo and conditioner follows.
*To Detangle Hair - After shower, towel dry hair and apply oil before blow drying to reduce tangle, protect hair from heat and speed drying time.
*Heat Protectant Before Styling- On dry hair, apply oil to protect hair from heat. This will also add luster to dull hair making it look shinier.
*Leave-In Mist - No need to buy a separate leave in mist as this oil could also be use as a light weight finish. Helps refresh hair with a subtle fragrance

I have sparse thin fine hair and this is perfect for the cool ber months. Perfect paired with Loreal Parish Shampoo and Conditioner.

The packaging is quite sophisticated looking but not that good. I mean I love that it has a pump for a head because you could control the amount of product you'll squeeze, less possibility of spillage and its very hygienic, but, the body makes me cringe every time I use it though because its made of glass. Its made of glass and it has oil in it. So I use my double-grip-extra-hold strength as my slippery hands might drop this precious miracle of a glass bottle. I wish they'll have it on an aluminum or plastic container instead, it would be safer for clumsy bad-hair-day girls, travel-friendly and it'll cut the weight, cut the cost and hence cut the prices too, making it more affordable. Other than that, all of about this oil is oh-so-good!

I would share this to my elbows, knees, knuckles and ankles too. ;) That is how versatile this oil is for me.

Lucent Magique Highlighter Pen

Lucent Magique Highlighter Pen - 1.6ml (Php725.00)

This "torch-of-light" concealer pen has liquid light byron technology that corrects and illuminates. This pen has plenty of uses that it will never leave my new L'Oreal pouch! :P

Tip of the pen - I love the brush tip as it is soft but could still stand, hence could also be use to "line" the nose. I prefer patting the product using my ring finger to blend away - a concealer brush could do this job too.

The many uses:

- can be used as primer base for eyeshadow

- can effectively lightens dark under eye circles

- reduce redness around the nose area

- cover fine expression line

- can be use as contour around the lips for a defined shape

- could also be used as a highlighter on the bridge on the nose

- could also be used as a highlighter on the upper cheek area

- can be use as a light coverage foundation

Twist the opposite end until the product ooze on the brush. Be very careful so you could "squeeze" just the right amount and won't "spill".

Creamy but still blendable. Easy to dry, so pat away right after applying this to completely apply this and avoiding patches of light on skin. Doesn't cake up and could be use before foundation - hence, save on foundation use. I will be using this from now on since I just got rid off my last concealer. :P

Color Riche Les Nail Art Sticker

Color Riche Les Nail Art Sticker promise of up to 10 days of wear. Zero mistakes. Zero dry time and zero remover needed. Each stickers have three layers of film. Fist is the base coat that promises long wear. Then the color film for the design and intense color and last, the top coat for a hundred percent shine. Let's see!

This is my first time to try and DIY nail stickers. So I haven't got a clue - or maybe one. Here are the things that I used.

A nail file. The stickies and a cutter. A scissor - which is obviously not in the picture.

I cute my nails. File them. Choose which size fits my nail best and sticking the curve end to the bottom part of my nails. Cut the excess using a scissor and place the cut portion of the sticker on my other nail. Note that you could only use this for short nails for obvious reasons. lol

As seen in the photo above, I only used 5 stickers! I will try this for longer nails.

Please note that this is my first time, it wasn't that bad, but far fetched from being perfect too. I need more practice.

I love the design and would definitely try another sticker nails right after I master to wear it on. What I noticed was that - this is not glossy and shiny. It's more like a matte sticker - but I'm still hoping the it had top coat in it. Once I put it in place, it rarely moves until I try harder. The logo design could peel off if you are not careful enough. It's better to cut the excess with scissor and cut the edge with a nail cutter as the sticker is like a real nail when cut rather than filing them off - it will take you forever to do so. Easy to peel so definitely no remover needed and no dry time at all. Some of the stickers didn't cover my entire nail - it don't bother me that much as one could only notice it if looked closer. Over all this is a cute must try if your hands are not often wet. :P It's travel friendly too. You could just put this on whenever and have glamorous nails! :)

And yes, I'm that "discreet" or say "conservative" when it comes to purchasing.

Empties May 2013

One of my favorite blog posts from my everyday reads are Empties. So, after several contemplations, I decided to jump in too and make posts about my empties - not necessarily be posted every month but- it gives a sense of satisfaction knowing that you used up a product "to the last drop" :) and to avoid redundancy,  will just show the products that didn't make it yet to this category.

So here are our empties for the month of May 2013...

1) Off! Lotion for Adults - used this a lot during our holiday trips usually every night just to add extra protection against disease carrying mosquitoes and other insect creepers of the night!

2) Johnsons Baby Powder in Cooling Powder - every one of us loved using this after bath especially at night, to keep our body cool so sweat won't interrupt a good night sleep.  If you follow me here, then you'll realize it's one big bottle of Johnsons baby powder down! Hurray!

3) L'oreal Paris Smooth Intense Shampoo - loved the smell, the texture and the everyday instant result I get from this shampoo! Just pure love especially this summer season!

7) Milea Bath Baby Cleaner - my savior! this is the first empty of my last Sesou haul for baby Jerson Clyde. Generally used it on his bum for easy squeezy clean after poop!

8)Venus and Mars Smooch Lip Butter Balm- one of my first product posts and now it's gone! I missed the minty fresh feel after applying this goodie balm but not sure, if I'll buy again because first, I'm not sure if they're still selling this line and second, I have lots of lip balm to consume first!
Aside from these, I have a lot of sachets of samples and gifts used and still in the process of consumption, but I decided not to put them here or else this post would take a gazillion years to end!
That's it for my first empties post! Yay for absolute zero waste (because we practice segregation and recycling in our home - save Mother Earth!)! :P

"my most memorable graduation would be in HS. Im happy I managed to have social life (barkada) while being one on the top. Finally, i ended up as the school salutatorian. I was assign to do the graduation pledge. while on stage, my stilleto heels got stuck on the floormats holes and i was pulling them out *pasimple* while stating the pledge. heehee thankfully, as i ended up my speech, i pulled the heels without stumbling and uber slowly walk to take my seat!"

And I still believe my highschool days are the best part of my student life! Gahhh... I miss studying! Good thing to know that learning don't end when you graduate 'cause its a never-ending process! :) Moving on...
