Monomola Wow Long Lasting Lip Color Lip Tattoo

I've been meaning to post this a couple of weeks ago, I have a lot of backlogs and alas, real life gets in the way, I have engagements here and there, proposals to do, billings to make, presentation to finalize, kids in tow. Annnnd, my eyes are extra sensitive this past few days, so I let myself "relax" a bit (by staying afk). Yes, I didn't opened my desktop for 4 straight days or so? I didn't know how many days exactly, probably a week! Hurrah to me! I survived! Annnnd, it did me good. Aside from the fact that I "relax" my eyes from the screen, I did a little bazaar on our place, which you could check out here: Anik Anik sa Acacia Street.

The Monomola Wow Long Lasting Lip Color aka lip tattoo is a beauty innovation created in Korea. It acts as a lip color that does not smudged or get erased for at least the whole day. If you hate retouching, this is for you.

Monomola lip tattoo comes in different shades: Cherry Red, Sexy Red, Lovely Peach, Orange and Rose Pink.

What you do is, you squeeze the tub and apply the lip tattoo quite thickly over your lips (or else you'll have a hard time removing it) and wait for around 10-15 minutes or until you feel that its completely dry. Peel it off and kiss away.

This is the third time that I tried it. My first time was a disaster! I put too much that it started to get inside my mouth. If you need red stained teeth to complete your look, squeeze the tub harder! lol It tastes bitter but it strongly smelled like roses. I didn't find the smell offending, but if you're sensitive, you might want to try it out first to see if its okay with you or not.

The second time I tried this. I put a tiny weeny bit that I had to scrape my lips just to remove the elastic. Tsk.

The Monomola lip tattoo comes in a sturdy, textured cute box. The tub has a small orifice and is sitting upside down, so you would probably use this up to its last drop.

It did made my lips dry as you can see in the photo, so I suggest using lip balm right after. I tried to let is sit for 20 minutes (the longer you wait, the better color), but you have to make sure that your lips are well moisturized because since mine was dry, the elastic really sticks to my lips, removing the elastic tore my inner lips a bit.

You can clearly see the difference from the photo. I use here the sexy red color.

You have to be patient while waiting. I tried not to talk, so I do sign language with my kiddo in the entire 20minute ordeal. lol

ZA True White Day Protection

With SPF 26 & ++PA, this daytime moisturizer blocks UV rays while helping reduce dark spots and acne marks. It minimizes the appearance of visible melanin build up in long-term use while creating a veil for a bright pearly radiance that enhances skin tone making it look healthier while working to improve overall condition.

After moisturizer, just smooth a pea size evenly over face and neck before foundation. Avoid direct eye contact since the sunscreen ingredient is a sore in the eye. Just rinse eyes in cool water thoroughly in case. Also, the package said that the thinner you apply, the lower your sun protection since indicated sun protection is based on a 2mg/cm^2.

This product is basically a primer and sunscreen rolled in one. I usually apply this after toner and moisturizer.

I felt that after undergoing water therapy for a couple of months now, my skin is fairer, healthier. People are observing these changes - and I like it. What I like about this product is that when I need to go out to run an errand, I just apply this go. Yes, water therapy and this product apparently matches - at least in my case.

My Versatile Makeup includes:

1. SnoeBeauty What's Up Brow! Tinted Eyebrow Pencil Wax in Ochre - a dual ended eyebrow pencil with a spool brow brush to create fuller looking brows. Plus, I use this too on my waterline to create a soft line around my eyes. Sidenote: SnoeBeauty is a proud Filipino brand.
2. Aritaum StylePop Juicy Tint in Red Mango - I try to skip full on swiped lipstick as it smudge with my baby's mittens, clothes and face. This lip cheek tint let my tired face looked a little livelier and refreshed without over doing it (full on lipstick does that sometimes). My cheeks turned a slight flush of color, hiding my anemic lack-of-sleep aura. Benetints are bootlegged big time with this Korean brand!
3. Hand cream - Be it Baies Sucrees Sweet Berries or Real Moist 24 Hand Cream Manuka Honey - this are not just hand creams, this could also be used as lotion on dry patches (elbows, knees, ankles) on the spot!

Yup, just this three. I'm lazy for press powder and I usually don't do touch ups. You could also add an oil blotting paper (for frugal moms aka Starbucks napkins), a travel size perfume and while at home, don't forget to swipe deo on both pits (that just takes 2 seconds each) and to make the face bearable without a pound of primer, concealer and foundation, use Dove on face. Hate lotion after shower, use Dove all over. ;)

Empties: September 2014 - January 2015

Avon SSS - with babassu oil that firms and restores skin's vitality. I still prefer the SSS with argan oil but nevertheless, the smell is quite soothing and I just put this lotion on areas that needed firming while

Avon Lotion hand and body lotion - is what I use to slather all over after bath or whenever I'm feeling dry patch somewhere like on my elbows and knees. This is perfect for everyday use especially when I'm going out and about, running errands, site inspections and whatnot as it didn't feel heavy on skin. What I only noticed is that you just have to reapply it every now and then so you better have a travel size on your pouch just in case.

Avon Natural Kids Wacky Watermelon Shampoo and Conditioner - reminds me of beaches, sands and summer. Refreshing, cooling even, but I still prefer the apple or strawberry scent because of the lingering sweetness.

Sunsilk Smooth and Manageable - haven't I told you guys how it smells insanely good!?

Pantene Total Damage Care Conditioner - perfect for frizzed fried hair like mine. It also helps prevent split ends.

Ever Bilena BB Cream in Oriental - the local brand I use on ordinary days. Good coverage and when set with HD compact powder, foundation could last the whole day especially when you're stuck on an airconditioned room.

Glyderm Stretch Mark Cream - cheaper alternative than derma procedure. The catch is, effectiveness is based on how early you use it. The younger the stretch mark, the better it will work against it. And oh, do not scratch. I repeat do not scratch! :)

Yves Rocher Pure System Daily Exfoliating Cleanser - used this twice or thrice week. Get rid of dead skin cells including deep-seated dirt and dried pimple scars and traces of makeup. It doesn't dry me out and it feels like my skin is ready for serums and essences. Yum!

Kiehls Ultra Facial Cleanser - I usually use this at night after removing makeup. Removes dirt that makeup remover didn't get and effectively cleans skin without feeling dry and itchy.

Celeteque Sun Care - SPF 30. Doesn't leave white streak if blended well on naked skin. This sun screen before moisturizer, the face is now ready for foundation.

ELIZABETH: Prenup Makeup (When You Want to Look Fresh Under The Sun)

This post is all about the things I did to make our prenup shoot fun, amazing and awesome! :D

Note that this post is not about bragging but it's about having your dream "prenup" come true without hurting your pocket, or your fiance's pocket for that matter. hehe

About me: I pamper myself the day he asked for my hand in marriage. (So, I could flash my best smile on the big day) aside from that I'm proud to say that I didn't hire anyone for my hair and makeup. Youtube is your bff and google is your sister! Aside from having a sweet fiance, I'm lucky to be blessed to have a girly girl for a mother-in-law (which is a plus if you're doing your own makeup!). She (my then future mom-in-law) helped me straighten my rebonded hair and on choosing the right kind of falsies and the rest was on me. I put my makeup on!

The sun is scorching hot and my secrets?

-Keep it light. You have to look like yourself - the best version of you. Highlight the assets and hide the flaws.

-Primer. Myra E Sunblock. Revlon Primer. Ever Bilena BB Cream and Maybelline Oil Control Powder. Yes, you don't have to buy the most expensive to be your best, you just gotta go and find your HG (holy grail - the product that works best with your skin). If you are doing DIYs, maximize what you have and since you're aiming to be just you, why not use product you use everyday? ;)

-Be yourself. Smile. Not the fake smile that's holding your stomach in or sucking your double chin in smile,smile your genuine smile. Smile like there's no camera following you around and flirt! Flirt because you have all the right! This is where you should do the PDA master's degree level! Hahaha

Hello February! :) Oh my... how time flies. It passes like a breeze and with a blink of an eye we are now at the end of January. End means goodbye forever when it comes to these products – let’s see who will make it to my mommy-baby things to buy list!

Taya Beauty Amazon White Clay Thickening Shampoo – this is so good to my thin hair unfortunately this will not make it to my next things to buy because I just happen to win this on one of the many Fabzilla.com international giveaways! Cycles Sensitive Baby Head-to-Toe Wash – so gentle yet so effective on making my baby feeling fresh and clean without compromising his soft sensitive skin! ;)

Pantene Pro-V Conditioner – first off, thank you so much Belle de jour power planner for giving this for free. It did conditioned my better than my regular conditioner - it's 80% more anyway - totally repair my damaged hair. My hair is now softer and tangle-free! And... I love the nozzle! lol

Nivea Extra White Repair - is a pore minimiser foam that whitens and cleans face while removing 10 makeup residues including oil, powder, foundation, blush, eyeshadow, silicon, eyeliner, coloring, moisturizer residue and sunscreen residue for a squeeky clean face! Smells good and refreshing too!

Sebamed Liquid Face & Body Wash - I'm actually torned between getting a full size of this face and body wash or the bath bubbles! :P Shiny green liquid smells good and keeps baby clean and fresh. I use a pea-size for his hair and a coin size for his body. :) Lathers quickly too!

Ph Care - I tried the sample pack wherein you get to try all the scents in small bottles, and so far I'm enjoying the green one. This one is a little subtle more my liking, but never the less, feels clean and comfortable down there. Shh! :P

This is not actually mine - it's my cousin's and she just lend this to me to check it out, swatch here and there and try out a smokey eyes with it.

10 eyeshadows - mixed of shimmer and matte - comes with a huge clear mirror and a mini dual sponge applicator. Not bad for Php500.00

After several uses, this is what it looks like now.

Can you guess which are my favorite everyday colors? :P

Very minimal fallouts. I also drop this a couple of times before but good thing the shadows are still intact and the mirror not broken. I threw the applicator away lol and just use my favorite large fashion21 eyeshadow brush for this. Pigmented and not powdery. It don't melt on my lids even without primer and is easy to remove.
