4.53 kg. of Buttermilk Pancake! : D
2 cups of Buttermilk Pancake Mix KRUSTREAZ
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of water
Note : you can replace with fresh milk instead of water, but in my case, I mixed evaporated milk and water together.
Blend all ingredients together. Batter will be slightly Lumpy.
Preheat the pan and lightly greased it with butter or vegetable oil and pour size of atleast 2 serving spoon to measure it. And you can turn it over when bubbles appear.
Note : only use low heat, so your pancake will be cooked evenly without getting Burned. Patience is a virtue! :)
Actually, my first pancake was Burned because i forgot to put an oil..hehe!

I add Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, you can also add your favorite syrup on your pancakes!
