MediCard Health Check cardholders can also avail themselves of the annual physical examination (APE), which covers comprehensive physical exam, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fecalysis, and chest X-ray. In addition, they can get a 20% discount on all laboratory and diagnostics procedures.

All MediCard Health Check Card benefits may be availed from Mondays thru Friday's and by appointment at the MediCard free-standing clinic where the card was purchased. There is no age limitation and no pre-acceptance medical exam to avail of the card. Membership is good for one (1) year.
