Head to the BDJ Fair 2014 at the SM Mall of Asia, Music Hall on Sunday, October 19, from 10AM-10PM and dance to the beat of your dreams by attending inspiring talks, trying out different booths, activities and workshops from the BDJ Team.

This year, the BDJ Fair is entitled: #Live It Up! Dance to the Beat of Your Dreams! The BDJ Fair is a fun-filled event where they will launch their 9^th edition of the BDJ Power Planner and raise funds for the advocacies they support. This year, they will support the students of SulongKabataangRomblomanon, Inc. (Romblon scholars), and MoveMNL. It's also where BDJ Girls all come together to learn, experience and have fun through our various talks, booth, activities and workshops. It's where they get to interact with their fellow BDJ Girls and gain new friends and learn from each other! Enjoy a fun-filled event of learning and being empowered and get first dibs to the BDJ 2015 Planner for only 500pesos at the fair.

Belle de Jour Power Planner 2014 + BDJ Fair 2013

This was a long due post as it was actually stored somewhere in my 60+ drafts to post. Also, I was busy telling tales of our BDJ Veterans night, here. Hi hi hi.

On to the fair. The Belle de Jour Fair 2013 was held last October at the Music Hall, SM Moa. Booths hopping, bungee jumping, mountain climbing and freebies are just some of the fun activities the BDJ Team created. Aside from that, this is where they will first launch the BDJ Veterans video that yours truly stars!

The ONE Thing I Want To #MakeItHappen This 2014

Embracing the Belle de Jour family changes my life. Learning became more fun, I learn how to enjoy myself being the "beautiful me" with self confidence and wit and it freed myself from being a damsel in distress. It transformed me to become an IT girl. 

Heck, the reason this blog exist is because I want to scratch the 2011 BDJ Checklist no 87. Start a diary, or a blog.

As a working mom - a work at home mom (wahm) - I could easily do my business without makeup on, or corporate clothes for that matter. I could myself my boss, and time is in my hands. But that didn't hinder me nor my BDJ family members - meet my cousin, Ate Zhai and only sister, Beth!

Cut the chase short, here are the highlights of the event!

Ms. Hazel’s emails always have that reminder – 80 first bellas will take home lootbags and a chance on the raffle prizes. Heck, if we are doing this, we will do it ALL THE WAY.

The first talk: Stay On The Beat with Donna Miranda

I dare you to read this tongue-twister like phrases... 

It gave me headache!

My favorite talk of the program was: Express and Impress with PJ Lanot!

I think this is the best part of the show! Interactive gossip chat with the audience (us)! I just love this guy! Aside from the fact that he’s cute between a Cid Lucero and Christian Bautista for my opinion and seductive voice behind Gerald Anderson and John Lloyd Cruz, this guy is more than a good face, he’s a complete package – face, voice, body, (yes, I have to include the body, the body language that is! lol) and talent!

Learned a lot of  dirty badass tricks on how to impress – observe, follow, lead. If you’re on the rendezvous, then you know what I’m talking about! *wink wink

Of course we didn't let him slip away without a photo, right?

The food as always was amazing! Pasta with black olives and fita crackers with that amazing-palaman (IDK-what-its-called-spread) was so scrumptious, I burp before I remember to take a snap shot for my instagram (follow me on IG: @gerilen)!

BDJ Fair 2012: Limitless! @SM Mall of Asia + Raffle Prizes & Giveaway Loot Bags!

A week before last week, I was literally going loco on my schedule! Friday was our Johnson's Baby Milk Mom's Nourishing Spa Day, saturday was our  MommyMundo's MOTF Event precisely portion 2 for babies 0 to 12months, and Sunday was the BDJFair 2012: Limitless! The launching of Belle de Jour Power Planner 2013! Exhausting week for baby and me but very fruitful!

Since BDJ fair is on a sunday, we first attend our kingdom hall meeting at 7:30am, got home at around 9am and prepare for the MOA trip! We didn't get the chance to eat our lunch so we stop over at Wendy's first

we only ate light meal but with rice,

just enough to keep us energize but not full enough to sweat or to feel sleepy. :P

After asking the guards and locating the Music Hall, we finally arrived to the area...

look at how jammed pack the place is! Excitement creeping out! :D

After taking our turns on this photo, we register to get BDJ Fair VIP pass, for Php100.00 each. All VIP Charity Passes will be our grant to special activity booths like wall climbing, bungee jumping and several photobooths! Plus, this VIP pass allows us to take home a lootbag packed with freebies, vouchers, discount coupons and treats from BDJ sponsors! The VIP passes are also our donation as 100% of the proceeds will be given to the Rocked Philippines and Sulong Kabataang Romblomanon. :) We are required to get the VIP Charity Pass since we are registered to the Beauty Bootcamp talk! :P Win-win right?
