Grilled Chicken Asparagus Wrap



Ingredients:
-8 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Raisin Loaf
-12 stalks of Asparagus 
-2 pcs Chicken fillet 
-30 ml Olive oil 
-2 pcs Garlic cloves, minced
-1 pc Red onion
-1 pc lemon, juiced
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-salt and pepper, to taste
-80 ml Mayonnaise

To make the sauce:
1. Mix olive oil, garlic, red onion, lemon juice and chili powder together. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Snap and remove tough edges of asparagus and marinate it with the liquid mixture.
3. Divide chicken fillet into two parts. Flatten each piece and wrap your asparagus in it.
4. In a grill pan, cook your asparagus wrapped in chicken.
5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili powder and garlic.
6. To assemble, flatten Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Raisin Loaf. Spread the dressing and top the chicken asparagus wrap. Roll it until bread reaches the other end. Plate and serve.

Gardenia Strawberry, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie



Ingredients:
-7 slices Gardenia Strawberry & Blueberry Loaf
-1 pc banana, sliced
-4 tbsp sugar
-200 ml milk
-300 ml water

Procedure: 
1. Toast the Gardenia Strawberry & Blueberry Loaf in the oven for 3 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a blender, put the breads, banana, milk, sugar and water.
3. Chill for an hour.
4. Serve.

Gardenia Squidball Croquettes



Ingredients :
-8 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
-8 pcs Squidballs, thawed
-2 cups Squidballs, minced
-200 ml Fresh milk  
-Oil, for deep frying

For sauce: 
-50 ml water
-3 tbsp. Soy sauce
-1 1/2 tbsp. Vinegar
-2 tbsp. Cornstarch 
-1 tbsp. Onions, chopped

Procedure:
1. For the sauce, mix and boil water, soy sauce and vinegar.
2. When the mixture starts to boil, mix about 2 tsp of slurry (mixed of water and cornstarch). Cook the mixture until thick. Set aside.
3. Blanch the squidballs for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
4. Trim the sides of the bread then press it using your palm. Soak the flatten breads in milk.
5. Wrap the squidballs with soaked bread. Form a ball shape.
6. Roll the balls on minced squidballs, it will serve as the breadcrumbs.
7. Deep fry until golden brown. Strain.
8. Plate and serve with sauce on the side.
