The “Next Big Sandwich Hit” is an annual culinary competition organized by Gardenia Bakeries Philippines, Inc. (GBPI) that started two years ago. Students in hotel and restaurant management courses and the culinary arts from various universities in Metro Manila and in Luzon are challenged to create sandwiches recipes that are not just tasty and easy to prepare but everyone’s budget with the following themes: Nutrition Month, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year, Summer, Holy Week, Linggo ng Wika, Chinese New Year, and Back-to-School using Gardenia bread products.
To be held at the Market! Market! Activity Center, McKinley Parkway, Taguig City. On hand during the event will be top officials from GBPI who will witness this exciting event until the awarding of the NBSH 2015 Grand Champions.
