Would you rather have a successful, rich but busy boyfriend or the laid-back, easy-going?

IMHO, 'yang mga easy-going type of guy, fun lang sa simula. Adrenaline rush. Adventure. Pero kapag settled na at dumating na ang bills, kalam ng sikmura, at ang demand letter from the bank or kumakatok na ang landlord, tignan natin kung maging easy pa rin ang going at makapag-layback pa kayo! If I were Kit, I'll stick with love.

But not just true love, mayamang true love!

Praktikal, realistic at naka-align pa rin naman sa Chapter Fantasy of Love, Section "The Search for Forever". May forever ba talaga? Dipende sagot ko diyan. Kung 'yang mayamang true love mo eh true talaga, ikaw na!

Tandaan sa darating na halalan, true love na mayaman! Para kung hindi man, sorry. Kumbaga sa business, kahit nalugi ka, 'di ka pa rin na zero. 'Di man bumenta 'yang items mo, at least my items ka pa rin. Para kahit in the end, kahit hindi naman pala talaga true ang love niya para sa iyo, at least mag-eemote ka sa isang overlooking private resort and hindi sa mga cheap na KTV bars lang! At may karapatan kang humigop ng overpriced coffee habang nago-online shopping! Ang deep agad ng hugot ni ate! Sorry naman! Disclaimer: IMHO lang naman.

Kit has a smart mouth, and I just realized that she voiced out those little things that scare the dish out of most adults - fears, insecurities, roads not taken and the undying what ifs. Those beaches are bummers.

What I like about this book, is that it is unique. It's modern, Tag-lish setting keeps the book light and pinay na pinay ang dating! IT-girl na pinay!

Naalala ko, first time I read this book, dun sa portion na nasa bar si Kit, naisip ko 'yung Dillingers, tapos bigla kong nabasa sa dulo na Dillingers nga! Diba nakakaluwa ng mata, iga? Natawa talaga ako. I chortled. Naks.

What I like about this book, is that it is unique. It is stuck in time and that what makes this book stand out more for me. I like it being stuck in time. Apir tayo dyan Kath! Malaos man ang Dillingers, mapalitan man ng mas-in na bar like Hussein's, sa kwento ni Kit, hindi. Tindi maka-nostalgic! The feels!
